Seller Representations

By selling items to us, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to sell the items
• The items are authentic and as described
• You are of legal age to enter into this transaction

Limitation of Liability

Gold For Cash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through:

2. Mediation if necessary
3. Binding arbitration as a last resort

Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
